Foggy Afternoon It�s a cold damp day in the city and the fog has blanketed the park creating low visibility and misty halos around the lights. Traffic sounds are muffled and a steady mist falls from the gray skies. People huddle under umbrellas as they take a shortcut through the park towards the warm and welcoming lights that beckon them indoors.
