A damp and rainy night on the city streets …bright lights are reflecting on the wet pavement in a dazzling display of dancing colors. People are hurrying to destinations as they dodge traffic and puddles. You hear the hiss of tires through puddles and drumbeat of raindrops on umbrellas and car roofs.
