Bourbon Break
Any drink tastes better poured from a crystal decanter! This painting features my favorite indulgence in a decanter that was a gift from my son a number of years ago. I’ve heard it said that “There are no bad bourbons, only better bourbons”, I agree.
The fun part and challenge of this painting was attempting to capture the warm rich amber/red color of the whiskey and sparkle of the glass.
