There is something romantic about a rainy night in the city. Pouring rain on the streets highlights the warm oasis of welcoming lights in the shops and restaurants. …bright lights are reflecting on the wet pavement in a dazzling display of dancing colors. People are hurrying to destinations as they dodge traffic and puddles. You hear the hiss of tires through puddles and drumbeat of raindrops on umbrellas and car roofs.
